Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for online appointments booked and paid through Shree Hospital and Maternity Centre. All fees mentioned below are configured by the clinic and may be updated from time to time.

A Convenience fee for payment processing is added to your total at checkout when you pay online. It covers the cost the payment provider charges on the transaction and is non-refundable, so it is not returned when you cancel your own appointment. If the clinic or doctor reschedules your appointment and you decline, you will receive a full refund, including the Convenience fee.

Patient Self Cancellation

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the following are deducted from your payment and the remaining amount is refunded:

Patient Self Cancellation Fee — ₹200.0
Platform Cancellation Fee — ₹10.0
Convenience Fee (payment processing) — non-refundable

Total deducted: ₹210.0 plus the non-refundable Convenience fee. The remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method, and your refund is never less than ₹0.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Clinic-Initiated Cancellations & Reschedules

If the clinic or doctor cancels or reschedules your appointment:

You will be notified and may accept the new schedule or request a cancellation.
If the clinic or doctor reschedules your appointment and you choose not to accept the new time, you receive a full refund — no cancellation fee is deducted, and any Convenience fee is refunded in full.
If clinic staff cancel your appointment for other reasons, cancellation fees may apply and are deducted as shown in the Fee Schedule above (Clinic Cancellation Fee and Platform Cancellation Fee); the remaining amount, including any Convenience fee, is refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card used during payment).
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the appointment will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.

Changes to This Policy

Shree Hospital and Maternity Centre may update cancellation fees and refund rules from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page and apply to future bookings.
